Maureen L. Bell joined National Cooperative Bank (NCB) in 2017, and currently serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer for the Commercial and Industry lines of business.  Ms. Bell has over thirty years of experience in credit risk management, credit policy, loan structing, negotiation, and management.

Maureen graduated from North Carolina Central University, with a BBA in Business Management. Additionally, Maureen earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Information Systems (MIS) from The University of Phoenix.

During her tenure, Maureen previously served as a trustee on various boards (HOA and charter school), and currently serves on various corporate committees. In her spare time, Maureen enjoys volunteerism, reading, the arts, and time outdoors.
